Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking with Bohemian Island Collective. Please read the User Terms carefully as they are a legal document, and upon your booking with Taryn you agree to be bound by these User Terms.


It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions including all payments are made by specified dates.



Please note that all prices are subject to change without any notice. All invoices issued to booked in clients before any price increases occurs will not be affected. 



A minimum of 3 people must be booked in for makeup. Weddings dates are not held under any circumstance without the non refundable\transferable deposit of $150.00 which is deducted from your total invoice amount.



Clients are required to pay the full amount for the trial on the day of the trial. 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may mean you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Trial appointments consist of 1 x Makeup application only, additional styling may incur additional charges. If you are not happy with the outcome of your trial, it is your resposibility to advise Taryn of this before leaving from the appointment. 


Bookings will be subject to availability - please contact Taryn via to confirm her availability. Upon the original booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, which will under no circumstances be redeemable \ transferrable. However, if upon availability, you reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment within a 6 month time frame.


The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding party do not pay their portion.


Bohemian Island Collective does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the stylist whilst they are on location. All discussions regarding refunds will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.


You are asked kindly to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial hair and\or makeup appointment.  Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All wedding deposits are non-refundable.



Due to the potential loss of other bookings whilst your wedding date has been held for you, the cancellation of any wedding day booking must be given in writing, by post or email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.
• 3+ months prior to the date - None
• 3 months – 4 weeks prior to the date - 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking invoice
• 3 week’s and less prior to the day and under - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking invoice



It is the responsibility of the client to advise of any changes to number of people booked in for hair and\or makeup services no less than 4 weeks prior to the booking date. If this has not been advised of within the time frame, the client is still liable to pay the full amount of services booked in as per the original invoice.


Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that Taryn delivers the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times please note that these times will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride to advise Taryn as soon as practicable. Taryn is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays. Brides do not choose the time at which Taryn and any other artist\stylist working with her arrive; Taryn will notify her Brides of her arrival time the week of the wedding once scheduling has been confirmed.


A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the bride.


Taryn or any artist working with her is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Taryn if you or others included in your booking have particular hypersensitivity that you\they are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the stylist\artist would be happy to use the product. An application of false lashes are included in the makeup booking - they are complimetary, and are your choice to have them applied or not. Discounts are not given if you choose not to have them applied.  Taryn & other hairstylists \ makeup artists working for Taryn, reserve the right to refuse service on anyone displaying skin liasions, cold sores, eye infections,  head lice or someone who has fresh cuts \ bruising from any facial or neck surgery. 



Cancellations of bookings require no less than 48 hours notice, failure to do so will result in client being liable to pay the full discussed rate due to the potential financial loss of other bookings whilst the scheduled date had been reserved for you.    



I acknowledge that Taryn may use my photographs or images for portfolio, website and any promotions. I confirm that I have read and understood the information provided and agree to Bohemian Island Collective terms and conditions. I understand that once I pay the booking deposit, I am legally bound by this document.
